Gary Kho is an accomplished Telecom Professional with over 30 years of experience in IT, Strategy and Business Consulting. Currently, as First VP and Chief Enterprise Architect at PLDT, he oversees PLDT/Smart’s E2E Solution and Business Architecture, builds medium- to long-term architecture blueprints, manages architecture governance and manages a team of enterprise & solution architects. Previously, he was Chief Software Architect for a Telecom SW/NW Vendor, leading technical projects across Asia Pacific, and Senior Enterprise Architect in Singapore, supporting BSS/OSS transformations programs. In another IT Professional Services MNC he held roles such as Transformation Enterprise Architect, Data Architect & Project Manager, contributing to strategic outsourcing projects in Mexico and another CSP’s transformation in Hungary.

Earlier in his career Gary’s global professional experience spans multiple complex IT Strategic Outsourcing & Transformation Programs with the major CSPs in Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Brunei, Poland, Hungary, Mexico & Philippines. His expertise includes program methodology, architecture strategy, solution design, enterprise data architecture, project management, business process modeling, and quality assurance.

Gary frequently shares his insights at industry events, leads/contributes/participates in TMF Catalyst projects & discusses topics like how to grow enterprise business, application of 5G products & services in enterprise & AI-powered strategies for telecom success and digital platforms.
